High volume Content Production
An engaging digital fitness platform created for Sport England's This Girl Can initiative in collaboration with Hopscotch, designed to inspire teenage girls to get active. The project involved producing over 120 fitness classes across Dance, Yoga, Combat and Fitness, combining live-action filming, animation and modular content to give PE teachers flexible, accessible resources for schools nationwide.
MY ROLE - Producer
Solely produced the project during COVID-19 restrictions, overseeing pre-production, a tightly scheduled four-day green screen shoot, post-production and final delivery.
Managed casting, talent contracts and remote wardrobe fittings, coordinating with instructors to develop and approve their content.
Created a detailed content matrix in collaboration with fitness consultants and specialists, structuring exercises into reusable modules that could be combined into multiple classes aligned with the school curriculum.
Organised all rehearsals remotely via Zoom, developing detailed shoot schedules and shot lists to maximise filming efficiency within a demanding production timeline.
Oversaw editing, animation and content versioning, coordinating subtitles, proofreading and the upload of final assets to the bespoke Studio You CMS platform.
Successfully replaced an instructor who withdrew the day before filming, securing new talent, developing replacement curriculum-aligned content and obtaining approvals from Sport England, Hopscotch and fitness specialists while simultaneously managing the ongoing shoot.
